Age and Personal Information

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. D Verified does not knowingly accept applications from minors. Any application submitted by a person under 18 may be rejected and deleted without notice.

Application information, including measurements, photographs, and contact details, will be used only to review, process, and fulfill the application or order. D Verified will retain this information only as reasonably necessary and will securely delete or destroy it when it is no longer required, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business records.

D Verified uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D Verified is not responsible for unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
