What Counts as a Qualifying Sale?
A qualifying sale is a completed referral order placed through your personal affiliate link or approved discount code.
Canceled, refunded, fraudulent or self-purchased orders do not count toward commissions or affiliate tier upgrades.
Tier upgrades may be reviewed automatically or manually based on completed qualifying sales.

```The Fine Print, Because Apparently We Need It
Affiliate applications are reviewed before approval. Commissions are paid only on qualifying completed orders and may be held until the applicable refund or cancellation period has passed.
Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases, create duplicate accounts, place fraudulent orders, run unauthorized paid advertisements using the D Verified name or make misleading claims that would get either of us sued.
D Verified may adjust, suspend or revoke affiliate status for excessive refunds, abuse, misleading promotion, program violations or inactivity.
